meet your coach

Hello and welcome! I am Archana Bhandari, a London-based certified fitness and nutrition coach, specialising in Vegetarian/Vegan dietary lifestyles (but this doesn't limit me from making the best recommendations for any given diet!).

Nutrition has always played a big part in my life, especially as a trained chef; and with a fascination—which quickly turned into a passion—for training and fitness, it was only fitting that I pursued these seemingly separate subjects of nutrition and fitness to refine my knowledge of them. I have never stopped learning since. With a desire to constantly update and refine my craft, I am committed to you and helping you achieve your best self.

I believe in being smart and realistic about fitness. By focusing on positive habits around health and talking through strategies for making lasting changes, you can still do you, whilst crushing your fitness goals!

I'd like to take the opportunity to thank Archana for helping me with my fitness and weight loss. I've tried many programs, but this is the one that worked for me.

Since having children 14 years ago, my weight has been up and down and I fell into some terrible eating habits and my exercise routine went out the window. As a busy mom and working full time, I snacked a lot. During COVID, work got even more busy and stressful in the day, and at night, my husband and I would binge watch TV; that's when all the snacks came out. I did not feel great, and I became the heaviest that I'd ever been. I had to do something.

Archana devised a food and exercise plan for me and I followed it strictly. I had regular check-ins as well and sent her profile pictures on a weekly basis, so we could see the progress. This helped motivate me further. The exercise plan was very easy to follow with Videos to show how to do the exercises as I did not want to go to the gym.I had lost 10kg of weight. Not only did I lose weight but I learnt a lot about the foods I was eating and how to balance my meals better. I tried more of a variety of foods to make mealtimes more exciting, not just for myself but also for the family.
